I SAID I WAS
'SAVED!' I said I was going to Heaven.
God struck me, and told me to look unto
Him. The conversation was likened as such; His replies
follow my statements:
But God,
the preacher said, You said I'd go to Heaven. ~ "IF
you OBEY My Word."
But God,
I 'Believe'. ~ "Even the DEVILS BELIEVE,
and THEY tremble."
But God, I
handed out tracts, and mentioned Jesus. ~ "Many will 'SAY'
Lord, Lord. Yet will I tell them, I don't know
you; Depart from me, ye workers
of iniquity."
But God, I don't want to go to
Hell. ~ "I can't tell by your ACTIONS."
But God, I love you. ~ "LIPS
can say anything; Do you ever SHOW it
to ME?"
But God, the pastor said, NOTHING
can separate me. ~ "From My 'LOVE'."
But God,
would you send me to Hell? ~ "I cast ANGELS
to Hell for SINNING."
But God,
preachers say You're 'A LOVING God.' ~ "That's
only 'the icing on the cake'; I AM JEALOUS, WRATHFUL,
ANGRY, and a CONSUMING FIRE."
But God, I want you. ~ "In
selected BITS and PIECES, or ALL IN
ALL?"
But God,
my preacher SAID I was guaranteed Heaven, because I
was 'Saved' from HELL. ~ "Even HE knows me
NOT! Are you SAVED FROM willful SIN?"
But God,
I'm a member of the BAPTIST church. ~ "Hell
will be FULL OF BAPTISTS; Only the FAITHFUL
AND TRUE in Heaven. Which are YOU?"
But God,
my pastor said, All the OTHER denominations are
going to Hell. ~ "ALL who follow MAN-MADE
RELIGIONS will be DAMNED IN HELL."
But God, I have 'Faith'. ~
"Faith without WORKS is DEAD."
But God,
the preacher said it's all GRACE. ~ "I
freely give of My GRACE, whereby ye may SERVE ME
ACCEPTABLY, with REVERENCE AND
GODLY FEAR."
But God,
the preacher said, "God said He'll never
leave us or forsake us." ~ "He is such a LIAR!
I NEVER said that to HIM or YOU or to ANYBODY
but JOSHUA, and then, ONLY IF
he OBEYED ME. What LIES!"
But God, preachers say,
'You'll keep me to the end.' ~ "IF you OVERCOME SIN."
But God,
how can I Overcome? ~ "REPENT;
Be CONVERTED; Turn FROM SIN; LOVE, HONOR, And
OBEY ME; and KEEP My
Commandments."
But God, my
pastor said, If I 'only BELIEVE', I'll be 'saved forever, no
matter what.' ~ THAT IS ABSOLUTE
BLASPHEMY! "BEWARE the WITCHCRAFT
of FALSE Pastors who DECEIVE
people with DAMNABLE HERESIES."
But God, preachers
teach, 'Mere belief, grace, and faith-without-works JUSTIFIES
us for ever.' ~ "Do you believe THEIR PROPAGANDA?
OR MY TRUTH?"
But God, Baptist
preachers claim 'The Faith of ABRAHAM.' ~ "They
obviously DON'T KNOW My FAITHFUL
And OBEDIENT SERVANT, Abraham, OR ME."
But God,
why don't those pastors speak the TRUTH? ~ "I
DON'T KNOW THEM; I DID NOT
ORDAIN THEM; AND THEY'RE NOT OF ME!"
PLEASE NOTE: With all the "BUTS",
NOBODY can 'make an ass' out of GOD.
